We had date night here and it says business casual on the website but I guess they’re not strict about that policy. We also had a reservation and they called us to push back our reservation to accommodate for other people? I’m not sure. But we waited for a while before we got seated even with a reservation. The music was also too loud for our liking because our waiter was soft spoken so I couldn’t really hear what he was saying. But the food was immaculate!! Literally 11/10 and the drinks too! The service/atmosphere just wasn’t up there. But we would definitely go back for the food and drinks.

I’d been hearing about Ibis Cuisine for months, so I was excited when my girlfriend picked it for her birthday brunch. Everything lived up to the hype—from the atmosphere to the food to the service. Our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, helping us choose the best options for our group. It was a great experience all around. We had a few different carafes of mimosas at the table, but the tropical mimosa was definitely my favorite. Shrimp and grits were a hit, along with the chicken and waffles and the oxtail breakfast hash—to die for. I had that with a side of sweet potato waffles (because I love all things sweet potato). The waffles were good, but surprisingly, the blueberry lemon pancakes we shared ended up being the table favorite. Before we wrapped up, they brought out Caribbean celebration wings for the birthday girl and a few of the ladies with birthdays close to hers, and they even got to dance along to the music. They also surprised them with birthday cookies and ice cream with sparklers—such a fun touch! There are so many delicious options on the menu. I can’t wait to go back. The decor is nice, the vibe is lively, and I really feel like you get what you pay for. It’s definitely a popular spot—they were busy but stayed on top of everything.

Overall the food we had was good. The drink was great! However I went for Happy Hour today. And I didn’t notice until I got home that I was charged regular prize on one of the menu items. The drink was called strawberry peach whiskey sour. Appetizers: Fried Calamari, Corn Ribs & Honey Garlic Old Bay wings… The Corn Ribs was good. The wings had a nice glaze and very crispy on the outside. The Calamari was just calamari..

Ok, seriously, cannot praise this place enough! Found it by accident but so happy we did! Reservations may be needed depending on when you go, we got lucky during Sunday brunch and only had to wait 10 minutes. Atmosphere is classy Caribbean and most customers are dressed business casual with some to the nines! As always there are some flip flops and t-shirts. Food came within 15 minutes, drinks were flavorful and strong! We had the oxtail hash and jerk hash, both were in my top 3 favorite versions! The staff were all friendly, polite and attentive. Decided to have the red velvet dessert and it was my favorite red that I have had! #stormchaser

Ibis Cuisine is a must try! Go make your reservation now and make sure your entire party arrives on time to enjoy yourselves and get the full experience! We visited for Sunday brunch and the place is cute and comfortable! The music was fun and we loved the cute birthday recognition because there were sooo many birthday celebrations while we were there! We had several dishes and our favorites were anything with oxtails!! Can’t wait to go back and try the menu during a non-brunch day because that menu looks amazing with the lamb chops and short ribs on it! Also our waiter was attentive and the hostess was really kind, friendly and helpful!

Came here for dinner and the inside is sophisticated and pretty. Our waiter was great and food came out fresh hot and quick. The owner was very nice I have nothing negative to say can’t wait to try brunch. The only thing is that it business casual just to warn people.

Absolutely enjoyed my experience and food. I went for brunch and ordered the salmon and grits and added chicken wings as my appetizer. The chicken wings were delicious..hot, fried hard and flavorful. The salmon and grits were not my favorite. The grits texture was on point but just weren't seasoned. I'm a country girl and love grits so they have to be seasoned. They needed some salt and pepper. Same with the salmon, it was pretty and cooked to perfection but was missing a bit of salt. I'm not a big salt eater but that would have taken that meal up a notch. Needless to say, I was able to return the meal with no issues and the waitress was kind and just amazing. I then ordered the Oxtail hash and that was delicious. Even though the salmon and grits was not for me, everything else was delicious. Five stars because nobody gets it right 100% of the time but the manner in which they handled it was top tier. They allowed me to change meals no questions asked. I also ordered the peach mocktail and it was A-mazing! While not an issue but worthy of mention, they will not seat you until your entire party arrives and there is a 90 minute per table dining limitation. Your clock starts once you have been seated. I'm not sure how they enforce it but I was told that upon arrival by the front desk staff. I can understand it because there is limited seating and in order for them to ensure others can come and dine, some type of strategy has to be employed to maximize profit with out negatively impacting the customer's experience. The food came out super fast which was nice. Also they have a super cute party room that can be reserved for $200. I will absolutely be using for a future event. Great staff, great ambiance and great food. I will definitely be back and recommend this spot. Great job Ibis. Service with a smile.

It was recommended by a local friend to go to this restaurant for brunch and it did not disappoint! The food was great and flavorful! I love trying out different Caribbean cuisines and my food definitely met my expectations. I got the jerk chicken hash with French toast with a side a Cajun sauce. It was delicious! Food presentation was beautiful! The inside of the restaurant was a mixture of eclectic, maximalist, and boho—loved the vibes! The reason why I gave 3 stars was due to timing and customer service. We waited a while for our orders to be taken and everyone’s food at my table didn’t come out at the same time. We had to ask for syrup with our French toast, which should automatically come with it. When we asked for more Cajun sauce, the server added it onto bill without letting us know it’s an extra charge. Overall, we had a nice time and I would come back when I’m back in town.
